Charles K. Loving, Jr., M.D. is a New York City plastic surgeon who has specialized in aesthetic surgery since 1987, when he established his private practice on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. He was an assistant attending surgeon in plastic surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital and also at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center. Dr. Loving sought additional elective training in the form of fellowships at the University of Miami with Dr. Ralph Millard and at Manhattan Eye Ear & Throat Hospital, where he trained under the world-renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Thomas Rees.
